How to start a Norton Shopping Guarantee Claim
After purchasing from a Norton Shopping Guarantee partner, you should receive an email with your guarantee number and purchase date. Your guarantees are good for 30 days after the purchase date and automatically expire, there is no subscription to cancel.
With each purchase you receive identity theft protection, a purchase guarantee, and lowest price guarantee. If you need to file a claim to receive on of these services, simply initiate your claim within the 30 day window by following these simple steps.
